La Carpeta 16 contiene volantes producidos por el Movimiento Todos por la Patria entre 1986 y 1996. Esta Carpeta contiene volantes proselitistas del MTP y otros donde es posible leer posicionamientos contra la Ley 23.492 de Punto Final y la amnistía, que beneficiara, entre otros, al ex Coronel Mohamed Alí Seineldín. Del conjunto, se destaca el material relativo al copamiento del cuartel de La Tablada (23-24 de enero de 1989) que protagonizó el MTP.
