La mayoría de los 44 documentos contenidos en esta Carpeta fueron producidos durante el segundo mandato presidencial de Carlos Saúl Menem (1995-1999). Quince de ellos dan cuenta del activo rechazo que el Movimiento Popular de Unidad (MPU) y Quebracho mantuvieron frente a la Ley Nacional 24.521 de Educación Superior. Los volantes producidos por Movimiento la Patria Vencerá tienen como fechas límite 1993-1997. Por último, destaca una serie de cuatro volantes firmados por Quebracho que explicitan la actitud tomada por sus líderes en la coyuntura del llamado "Argentinazo".
