Este dossier incluye, fundamentalmente, prendedores con distintos retratos de Vladimir Illich Lenin. Además, también pueden encontrarse otros cuatro prendedores: el primero es un retrato de Ernesto "Che" Guevara; el segundo de Julio Antonio Mella, con motivo del 20° aniversario del asalto al cuartel de Moncada; el tercero de Lenin junto con Iósif Stalin; y el cuarto refiere, posiblemente, a la imagen de Hipólito Irigoyen.
