Esta Carpeta está estrechamente relacionada con la Carpeta 82, algunos de cuyos volantes están firmados en conjunto entre el Grupo Praxis (Democracia Socialista) y el Bloque de Militantes Socialistas. Del conjunto, destaca el volante "Punteo acuerdos bloque sobre Malvinas" sobre la Proclama nº 4 de 1986, firmada por Ricardo Jaimes, el gobernador inglés en Malvinas, que anuncia la creación de la zona de protección y administración pesquera FICZ (Falkland Islands Interim Conservation and Management Zone), que establece por primera vez 150 millas con prohibición de pesca para la flota argentina.
