Transcribe la declaración firmada por un grupo de artistas y escritores, redactada en diciembre de 1933. En la misma se aclara que, si bien elInstituto tiene sede en Francia, pretende crear lazos con todos los países, en primer lugar con Alemania, Italia y Austria, donde tiene corresponsales. Anuncia que el Instituto comenzará su trabajo el 1° de enero de 1934. Hace un llamado a todas las fuerzas antifascistas de Francia.
