Notas manuscritas con relevamiento de documentos históricos del siglo XIX. Contiene además una nota de Delia Kamia Ingenieros que indica que se trata de "Notas tomadas por José Ingenieros del 'Índice del Archivo del Depto. Gral de Policia desde el año 1812', Buenos Aires. Imprenta de La Tribuna, año 1859", las cuales habrían sido utilizadas como insumo para "La evolucion de las ideas argentinas". Asimismo, el documento contiene notas del tomo I realizadas por José Ingenieros, y del tomo II, realizadas por otra persona sin identificar.
