Parte de los volantes que constituyen esta Carpeta fueron donados por Liborio Justo, Born y Jorge Latrubesse y Carlos H. Alberto.

La Carpeta 33, conformada por 2 subcarpetas, permite visualizar los avatares del trotskismo en Argentina, desde 1935 a la actualidad. La riqueza de estos 242 documentos fue recuperada en la presente descripción bajo el ítem Puntos de acceso por medio de un considerable número de descriptores. Del sinnúmero de convocatorias coyunturales y acontecimientos históricos a los que aluden estos documentos, destacamos tres volantes firmados en 1970 en Córdoba por Socialismo Revolucionario. Asimismo, el programa de Autodeterminación y Libertad y tres documentos internos de Propuesta Política de los Trabajadores. Por último, una serie de 4 documentos (incluida una boleta electoral) producidos por el Partido Obrero (Trotskista) entre 1960 y 1975.

Pro tratarse de un volumen considerable de documentos, se optó por ordenarlos en 2 subcarpetas: Carpeta 33 y Carpeta 33 BIS, a los fines de facilitar su manipulación y consulta. Dentro de cada Carpeta se procedió a agrupar los volantes por movimiento o partido político, con subcarátulas. Dentro de las mismas, los volantes se dataron pieza por pieza y ordenaron de manera cronológica, del más antiguo al más reciente.
