Contesta a la carta de Alayón del 28/05/1982 (véase Item 18). Si bien acepta el anticolonialismo latinoamericano, no reconoce la postura de Alayón calificándola como un capricho sin un objetivo claro soportado por la acción militar de la Dictadura genocida (la invasión a Malvinas). Es critico con el gobierno de Reagan y con la acción británica. Pide a Alayón que reconsidere su posición respecto al XXI Congreso Internacional de Escuelas de Servicio Social.
