Este conjunto documental comienza con la noticia de la renuncia de Córdova Iturburu al PEN Club en calidad de prosecretario (11/12/1931) y finaliza con una noticia de enero de 1937, anunciando que el próximo congreso de los Pen Clubs se hará en París (y no en Roma). Lo más destacado del total son sin duda los 15 recortes sobre el XIV Congreso Internacional de los Pen Clubs, celebrado en Buenos Aires en septiembre de 1936, y al que concurriera, entre otros, el escritor alemán Stefan Zweig.
