En agosto de 1971, Salvador Allende realiza una gira por Ecuador, Colombia y Argentina. En dicho marco, la comunidad de 200.000 chilenos residentes en la Argentina publica volantes para darle la bienvenida en nuestro país, que son los que constituyen esta Carpeta.
