La Carpeta 17 contiene volantes firmados por el Polo Social y Confluencia - Polo Socialista que, en su mayor parte, fueron producidos en apoyo a la candidatura del Padre Luis Farinello como legislador. Del conjunto, se destacan documentos que expresan repudio frente a la Ley 25.250 de Reforma Laboral (sancionada el 11/05/2000) y se posicionan frente a las políticas llevadas a cabo por ex presidente Fernando de la Rúa. Por último, esta colección puede ser de utilidad para aquellos que se interesen por los orígenes del Movimiento Piquetero.
